§ PRACTICE 04

Partnerships,
Capital & Strategy.

The right relationships change everything. Operator-led intros, deal pacing, and capital strategy from people who've sat on both sides of the table.

What this looks like
in practice.

01

Capital strategy

How much, from whom, and on what schedule. Honest read on what your story can carry today versus next round.

02

Partner intros

Warm, qualified, with a one-page brief. We don't broadcast — we route to the operator who'll actually move.

03

Deal pacing

Term-sheet reviews, secondary structuring, milestone gating. We've negotiated against most of the people you'll talk to.

04

Board prep

Pre-board strategy, narrative stress-test, founder coaching for the harder conversations.

05

Strategic support

Standing call once a week. We're the call you make before the call you're nervous about.

Read. Shape.
Run. Close.

01 / READ

Map the room.

Who needs to say yes, who blocks, who's neutral. Resources, signals, and timing per stakeholder.

02 / SHAPE

Sharpen the ask.

One-page brief, narrative arc, and a list of the three meetings that actually matter.

03 / RUN

Move it through.

Intros placed, term-sheet stress-tested, board pre-briefed. We sit in the rooms where it helps.

04 / CLOSE

Sign and onboard.

Closing dynamics, post-deal integration, first 90 days with the new partner.

Frequently asked.

Warm only. We don't broadcast a deck to a list. If we don't know the operator on the other side well enough to vouch, we say so.

No. We don't take a placement fee on capital introductions. Strategic support engagements are paid in cash, equity, or warrants.

Sometimes. Both Mark and Amber take board and advisory roles selectively. We say no more than yes.

Seed-to-Series-C in gaming and consumer tech, IP licensing deals across major studios, platform partnerships, and acquisition conversations from both sides.

Inside a week if we know the right person and the brief is sharp. We won't move faster at the cost of the brief.

We don't broker deals we wouldn't take ourselves. We don't intro to operators we wouldn't take a meeting with.
